Assistant to Conveyancing Partner (Secretarial/Administration)
Initially the role will mainly involve secretarial/administrative duties but for the right candidate there will be opportunities to learn about all aspects of conveyancing and develop as a fee-earner with responsibility for handling client matters and ultimately own caseload.
Key Tasks
Audio Typing
Data Input and opening of new files.
Maintaining diary of completion dates etc
Answering the telephone
Dealing with routine enquiries from clients solicitors and estate agents
Reception (greeting and dealing with clients and other callers)
Photocopying
Preparing and franking mail for despatch
Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook essential
Hours Monday to Friday (35 hour week) – part-time considered
